-Complete design of payload enclosure
-LiDAR, Xsens IMU, Jetson Xavier and camera sensor integration
-Design and fabrication and testing of a custom vibration damper, helicopter mount, drone mount and vehicle mount for the payload
-Vibration testing (Sine sweep tests) of the vibration dampener
-Conducted FEA analysis, bolt calculations and a host of other analysis requested by the National Research Council air-worthiness team.
-Integrated payload onto a car roof and DJI M600 drone for testing
-Piloted a DJI M600 drone with the payload attached for preliminary testing
-Integrated the payload onto the Bell 412 helicopter for final data collection
Designed, fabricated, assembled and tested a VLOAM payload for use onboard the National Research Council (NRC) Advanced Flight Research Aircraft (Bell 412). Conducted development as part of the multidisciplinary team at the Intelligence Systems Laboratory at Memorial University of Newfoundland.
